Arclodge
Opening for the 2028 ski season
Thoughtfully integrated into our mountain landscape, our 73,000-square-foot members’ clubhouse, designed by Hart Howerton, makes space for adventure, wellness, and meaningful connection.

Skylodge
Fine dining and dramatic mountain views. Skylodge is a full service restaurant and bar offering private dining experiences for members, open now until the completion of our new members’ clubhouse in 2027.

Landing
A lake house located on Pineview Reservoir in the Ogden Valley. Landing serves as a meeting place through the summer months, offering al fresco dining, swimming, boating, wakeboarding, fishing, and much more.
Blue's
Our roaming European café on tracks. Inspired by our love of warm and welcoming neighborhood watering holes around the world, Blue's food truck snowcat is our oasis on the mountain. Stationed at the top of Raintree, Blue's invites Neighbors and friends to hang out, grab a custom Blue’s Bier—our signature Kölsch ale—or a sausage in a roll, made especially by Olympia Provisions for Powder. Buns are toasted from the inside out; top them off with condiments, and pair them with Belgian-style waffles, hot chocolate, or bowl of bone broth as you take the slopeside chill off.
Designer Nejc Prah brought the Blue’s brand to life with a unique style that pays homage to dive bar iconography and beloved mountain settings.
Outdoor Activities
All-season adventure from mountains to lake.
Our mountain terrain is ideal for snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and unique winter experiences like kite-skiing and kite-boarding. Warming huts enable long, relaxing days of Nordic trail skiing. In the summer months Powder is home to a growing network of hiking and mountain biking trails.
