What’s Cooking at Powder Haven
We believe the experiences off the slopes should be as remarkable as the ride down. From the high-altitude views at Skylodge to the slopeside charm of Blue’s, you’ll find curated settings and incredible flavors at every turn.
Blue's Snowcat
Inspired by our love of warm and welcoming neighborhood watering holes around the world, Blue's is Powder Haven's newest gathering spot. Stationed at the top of Raintree, Blue's invites Neighbors and friends to hang out, grab a custom Blue’s Bier—our signature Kölsch ale—or a sausage in a roll, made especially by Olympia Provisions for Powder. Buns are toasted from the inside out; top them off with condiments such as curry ketchup, or horseradish and Dijon sauces. Additional menu items include yeasted waffles, hot chocolate and bone broth to take the chill off a day on the slopes.
The Blue's brand was brought to life by designer Nejc Prah, who created a visual nod to familiar dive bar iconography, yet made it unique to our beloved mountain setting.

Skylodge
Skylodge At 9,000 ft. elevation, this warm refuge was designed with a nod to high alpine and old ranch history. Noguchi lamps, wool details, textures that reference the land. Our menus change every night, with ingredients sourced directly from valley farmers and ranchers.

Landing
A lake house located on Pineview Reservoir in the Ogden Valley. Landing serves as a meeting place through the summer months, offering al fresco dining, swimming, boating, wakeboarding, fishing, and much more.

Exceptional ingredients from our local partners anchor every dish we create.
Our beef comes from High Life, a neighboring Huntsville family who raises their Highland cattle with singular care. Our menus are further elevated by premium cuts from the 80-year legacy of Wasatch Meats and fresh produce from Salt Lake’s own Kessimakis. Olympia Provisions, an artisan meat and cheese company out of Portland, Oregon, brings us small-batch sausages made just for Powder Haven. This European-inspired cuisine is a favorite at the Powder Keg and Blue’s Snowcat.
We strive for our menus to accommodate dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free and vegan dishes. As part of our health-conscience philosophy, we’ve also eliminated seed oils entirely—one of the only ski resorts in the U.S. to do so. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack on the mountain or bringing the family to Skylodge, you can trust that what’s on your plate is made with care, from people who love good food as much as you do.
