Prado is the marquee neighborhood at the heart of Powder Haven, offering some of the most spacious, forested, and private homesites in the community.
Prado’s grandeur is quiet and vast. Homesites are our most expansive to date, up to 4.5 acres, making them the ideal location to build a home that grows with your family and draws them back season after season. With ample acreage to add dwelling space as needed, this is where traditions take root and flourish.
