Tucked into the serene Ogden Valley and set along the shores of Pineview Reservoir, Landing is our lakeside retreat for Powder Haven members. It’s a place where long days stretch into golden evenings, and where families, friends, and neighbors gather to make memories that last a lifetime.
Here, you’ll find easy access to boating, fishing, and wakesurfing for miles of hiking. Gather barefoot on the lawn, savor wood-fired pizzas from the outdoor kitchen, or share stories around a crackling fire as the sun dips behind the mountains. Landing is designed for connection—with nature, with community, and with the simple joys of summer. We hope you’ll join us soon and experience this all-season lifestyle for yourself.
This retreat is located at the foothills of our Wasatch Mountains, less than a half hour from our highest communities, in the town of Huntsville, Utah. Huntsville is a town reminiscent of a Norman Rockwell painting, a testament to a time when things were slower, people stayed longer, and every afternoon was drenched in golden light. While you’re here, grab a burger at the Shooting Star, operating since 1879.
