Introducing Haven Lodge
Ground Breaking Summer 2025
Our 68,000-square-foot members’ clubhouse is slated to open in 2027, knits our neighborhoods together as an all-seasons hub for our community and their guests.
Designed by the award-winning architecture firm Hart Howerton, the lodge reimagines the modern mountain clubhouse while honoring the traditions of high-alpine living. Known for their premier retreats and luxury mountain destinations such as Yellowstone Club, Hart Howerton takes a contemporary approach to this project, yet stays rooted in the principles of community, connection, and place. The design takes inspiration from classic Swiss chalet architecture while bending convention—literally. The structure unfolds into a striking double-crescent shape, drawing from the minimalist yet expressive forms of Ellsworth Kelly’s paintings and the organic curves of Louise Bourgeois’ architecture. With interiors by award-winning design studio Champalimaud, the artists behind Discovery Land Company clubhouses and major hotels such as St. Regis Cayman, The Plaza Hotel (NYC), and Troutbeck Hotel (upstate NY), the lodge blends art, nature, and modern alpine luxury.
