Our Design Standards and Guidelines (DSG) prioritize an active lifestyle, encouraging movement on skis, bikes, and foot. Homes utilize chalet-inspired elements such as large roofs with deep eaves, framed views, and natural stone bases with modern alpine design to provide effective, comforting shelter. We have established relationships with some of the best in the business: architect Walker Warner, interior designer Rottet Studio, and several geotechs. Some are present in our Architectural Review Committee, such as Warren Lloyd of Lloyd Architects and Rob Conigan of blu lie designs.
