This week marked a significant milestone as Primetime, our newest residential chairlift, made its inaugural ascent. This high-speed detachable quad spans nearly 1.5 miles and ascends 1,800 vertical feet in just 7 minutes, unlocking over 1,000 pristine acres of rugged terrain and 45-degree slope entrance zones on the mountain’s northeast face. Previously accessible only by snowcat, this expansive area known as Davenport is now seamlessly integrated into the Powder Haven experience.
To commemorate the occasion, we gathered our Neighbor community, team members, and friends for a grand opening celebration. The morning began with a first-chair banner break, followed by raised glasses and custom desserts. It was a moment of shared pride, reflecting the spirit of a community built on vision, stewardship, and joy in the outdoors.
