Construction Continues at Shelter Hill
We are excavating, grading roadways and installing utilities in the new Shelter Hill neighborhood. Shelter Hill consists of 39 homesites with four ski-under bridges and the new Half Pint chairlift. We anticipate completion of these residential projects by the end of October, with Half Pint opening during the 26/27 ski season.
On the way to Shelter Hill and adjacent to Village Lift is the site of our new 73,000 square foot clubhouse. We plan to break ground this September and anticipate opening the lodge in 2028.
