Construction Continues at Shelter Hill
At our Shelter Hill neighborhood, we are looking forward to 39 homesites, four ski-under bridges, and direct access to the Half Pint lift. We are currently excavating and grading nearly a mile of road, with paving to begin soon, and we have cleared the site for the new lift. We anticipate completion of these residential projects by the end of October, with Half Pint opening during the 2026/27 ski season.
