Introducing: Raintree, Powder Haven’s Newest Lift
Raintree is the first newly constructed lift for Powder Haven Residents, and a game-changer when it comes to accessing some of the most coveted terrain in the northern Wasatch.
Raintree joins our growing private lift network on the mountain’s eastern flank, alongside the beloved Village and Mary’s lifts that serve our premier ski-in/ski-out homesites. But Raintree brings something new to the table: direct access to advanced, pristine runs that promise fresh tracks, wide-open bowls, and perfectly pitched chutes—ideal for skiers and riders who crave adventure beyond the beaten path.
This exciting addition is part of a larger, transformative season on the slopes. Alongside Raintree, three additional upgraded lifts have opened across the mountain:
- Refurbished Paradise and Timberline lifts replace older infrastructure with modern, faster, and more efficient systems at two of the mountain’s most traveled corridors.
- The all-new Lightning Ridge lift gives skiers direct access to steep, advanced chutes previously reachable only by cat-skiing, an incredible addition that opens up thrilling new possibilities for seasoned riders.
Together, these improvements unlock hundreds of acres of high-alpine terrain, making this one of the most exciting seasons in recent memory for Powder Haven homeowners.
