With just 39 homesites available in this highly anticipated first phase—and a reservation list that far exceeds that number—it’s clear: the dream of private mountain living is very much alive. The excitement we’ve seen from our reservation holders reflects something we’ve always known to be true: Powder Haven isn’t just a place, it’s a lifestyle people are eager to be part of.
To meet the growing demand and ensure more future residents can find their place in the mountains, we’re moving forward with Phase 2: Prado. This next chapter of Powder Haven is already accepting reservations and will be officially released later this summer.
