Excitement Builds at Shelter Hill and Beyond
Shelter Hill, the first phase of development since Powder Mountain's transformation under Reed Hastings, is nearing full selection. With 34 of 39 premier ski-in/ski-out lots sold, remaining reservation holders will make final selection within the next 45 days. Road construction is underway and on schedule to be completed this fall.
Following the Shelter Hill sell out, the next neighborhood, Prado, will debut later this year. These new homesites offer true ski-in/ski-out access and are located near the new 73,000-square-foot clubhouse breaking ground this summer. Reservations are being accepted, with guided summer tours available.
